MONTHLY REPORTS
Monthly Report September
With the world slowly moving towards ‘normal’ schools and colleges reopening, September turned out to be an exceptionally busy month for us. Our Bansa community Library family has grown to 500 Registered Members of which 200 are library cardholders too now.
Monthly Report August
After thriving through a pandemic, we are elated to observe the unexpected progress we saw in the month of August. We met all our plans for the month and are seeing the visitors increase steadily with around 80-90 visitors every day.
Monthly Report July
Dear friends of Library,
We are glad to cover our first ever report for Bansa Community Library, for the month of July, 2021. After opening in December 2020, we had to shut the library back in April as per the Covid protocol.
EVENT REPORTS
II General Knowledge Quiz Competition
General Knowledge helps an individual learn and introspect themselves to the fullest which is way beyond the bookish understanding. It develops children’s social, sensitivity, reasoning, and analytical thinking skills. Putting
light on these key elements, the Bansa Community Library has come up with the initiative of
organizing quiz competitions once every four months.
Monthly Report October
It has been months now that the lockdown has lifted, yet our country has truly opened its eyes only last month with the schools and colleges opening up. A bittersweet challenge arose for us when the library lacked its most eager crowd till noon. Some schools even go on till 4:30 pm and only a bunch of kids are present at the library regularly in the meantime.
Monthly Report November
Despite a heavy silence imbued by the weather the total visitors increased to 400 this month, with 50 new children and 15 new adult visitors. November concluded with a fulfilling feeling as though the library is a self-sustaining body now, independently meeting its purpose every day and requiring little facilitation from us. We are so proud and thankful of this presence we have built and the kindness shown to us.
Monthly Report December
We hope you all could catch up on some reading inside your blankets this December, and if not allow updates from the Library to warm you up from this chilly gloom. In the first week of this month we celebrated the first successful year of our library. How far we’ve come and the memories we’ve created have brought a joy and motivation which is still expanding in the air. We aim to cease this inspiration and go on to build this trust and love.
Monthly Report January
Hope you all found the strength to thrive and rise from the final slumber of this winter. Here at the library, despite the sluggish pace of the month of January, we found inspiration in our books, friends and little stories from around.
